When Bill Panosopoulos opened Sterlings Steakhouse, it wasn’t to open a business, but rather, as a challenge to create the best possible traditional Montreal style steakhouse. Five years later, Sterlings Steakhouse was ranked 3rd as the best steakhouse in the province. This is proof of his passion and determination to surpass the best of the best.
